My mum loves Chatsworth House (stately home) in Derbyshire and, reading today’s Weekend Guardian magazine, I see a win win opportunity - there’s a terrific review of Non Solo Vino. It’s an Italian wine shop-cum-restaurant with several hundred wines!
And this bit I really like, the Enomatic machine (which allows for a wide range of wines to be sampled in “bite”-sized portions) is deployed in the restaurant too, so the Guardian’s restaurant reviewer was able to sample four reds with his lamb for the price of a glass (less than a tenner). Great idea.
